At Origin Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for non-perishable items and hardware. Due to the nature of fresh coffee beans, we can only offer replacements or refunds for food items if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos of any damaged goods.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact for non-coffee products.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
